Co-working
A design-led workspace for focused, professional work.
The Workspace
The main workspace is a small, considered office designed for people who want to do good work in a thoughtful setting. With six desks in total, it’s intentionally limited in scale, creating a comfortable environment with room to think, work, and settle in.
The space is light-filled and carefully laid out, balancing openness with a sense of privacy. It suits creative, professional, and knowledge-based work, somewhere between working from home and a larger coworking hub, with a more personal and considered feel.
A space to focus.
How It Works
Desks are set up for longer-term use rather than daily hot desking, helping the space feel settled, consistent, and easy to work in. The aim is to build a small community of regulars who value a respectful shared environment and enjoy working alongside others.
It’s a professional, shared environment that balances focus with the natural rhythm of a working day.

Shared Desk Option
For people who don’t need a desk five days a week, we offer a limited number of shared desk arrangements.
A shared desk is a desk used by two named people on fixed days each week, for example, a 2-day/3-day split.
Availability is limited, and shared desks are arranged on a case-by-case basis to ensure the space works well for everyone.
Meeting Room
southspace also has a well-lit meeting room suited to small meetings, video calls, and more private conversations. Find out more on the Meeting Room page, and feel free to ask how bookings work as a desk member.
