Our Meeting Room
The meeting room is a well-lit space suited to small meetings, calls, and focused work. It measures 3 × 2.4 metres and seats up to seven people. It’s equipped with a Jabra PanaCast 40 conference camera, offering wide-angle video and clear audio for hybrid meetings. The room is simple, comfortable, and easy to use.
How to book
The space is most comfortable for around five people, with room for up to seven if needed. It’s a straightforward, well-equipped setting for meetings, video calls, and working sessions.
1. Choose your time
Use the booking form to select your preferred date and time. Availability is shown in real time.
2. Share a few details
Let us know how many people are attending and whether the booking is for a meeting, call, or focused work session.
3. Confirm and arrive
Once submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details. Simply arrive at the scheduled time and get started.
